OC friendly GTX 460 done by Galaxy

After Zotac went bonkers with their GTX 460 design, Galaxy thought they’ll do something similar with a custom PCB and high-quality components. The card got a fancy white PCB and a 6+2 phase power circuit operated by a digital Volterra PWM that consists out of  one VT1185M master and six VT1157SF slave chips that can handle up to 40A each, totaling 240A in total with an 85+ efficiency rate to satisfy your overclocking needs. Galaxy also is also using high-C capacitors and NEC proadlizer chips to reduce noise in the circuitry hence improving OC capabilities. Also the 768MB and 1GB variant seem to share the same PCB, since the card on the pictures got only 6 memory chips, and has two empty soldering spot for two more.
